K Gayathri

Gayathri is studying in class X in Kaveripakkam block. Her parents are Late Karvalnan and Vishalakshi. Gayathri wants to be an Engineer. She is interested in Science and Math. She has been a 1st rank holder in her school. She is expecting to score verywell in her X exam. She has basic knowledge in computers. She wants to pursue a Computer course after finishing her class X exam. She is a good speaker. She is interested in group discussion, public speaking, storytelling, writing and oratory competitions. She has been an enthusiastic volunteer with AID INDIA. She also takes part in all the workshops and activities conducted by AID INDIA.

S Gayathri

Gayathri is studying in class X. Her father is Shanmugam and mother is Selvam. They are into agriculture. She has one elder brother and one younger brother. Gayathri wants to be a science teacher. She is interested in science and Tamil. She is an average student in maths. She secures a rank among the first ten students in her class. She is interested in drawing, essay writing and she is good at handicrafts. She has been an enthusiastic participant in all the AID INDIA workshops. She has excellent leadership skills. She conducts classes for children and also teaches them to sing. She is good in group discussions too. She has won 2nd prize in the school competition and 3rd prize in essay competition.

B Sandhya

Sandhya is studying in 10th STD. Her father is no more. Her mother is Jyothi, she is a coolie. Sandhya has one sibling. She finds English little difficult. Tamil, maths, science and social science are her favorite subjects. Her ambition is to become a Tamil teacher. She wants to secure 1st rank at the state level. She is interested in reading. Sandhya has read many books on General knowledge. She has also read Eureka scholarship books. She wants to be a volunteer with AID INDIA after she completes 10th.

V Chozal

Chozal is studying in 9th STD. He has three siblings. Her parents are Venkateshan and Mala. They work on daily wages. Chozhal is interested in Tamil, English, science and social science. He finds maths a very difficult subject. He wants to be a teacher. He is aiming to perform very well in academics. He has won many awards at such a young age. He has got prizes in singing, oration and for good attendance. He is interested in reading too. He has read books on short stories, essays, historical leaders, books by Subramanya Bharathiyar and also books on science related issues. He has been volunteering with our CLC programs.

G Arun Kmar

Arun is studying in 10th STD. His father is no more. His mother’s name is Shanti and she is working in a Beedi factory. Arun wants to be a Computer Engineer. His favorite subjects are Tamil, Science and math’s. He finds difficulty in English and Social Science. He has many interests. He is very good in drawing, in playing cricket; he has participated in several oratory competitions and has won many prizes. Other than wanting to be an Engineer, he also wants to achieve in the field of Art. He has read books on historical leaders and stories. He also conducts CLC classes.
