- 16.11.2009: We organized an Eye Camp at our Eureka School, Koovathur on 14th Nov 2009 Children's Day. Elite Schoold of Optometry helped us to organize the camp. 133 out or 141 kids were benefited and none of them had any major problems. Doctors were very excited on witnessing our kids smartness. - 08.09.2009: Sep 8th - World Literacy Day - Eureka Kalvi Iyakkam Inauguration - Tamil Padippom @ Sevoor Village, Arni block, Thiruvannamalai District. Chief guest AEEO Mr. G. Gunasekaran and panchayat members. Self-help group womens, village volunteers, and 200 people participated in the inauguration program. All are very happy about the event. Thank you. Mu. - 27.04.2009: Hi Friends Happy to share this news: Ms. Shanti, a Teacher from Krishnagiri district has been regularly watching the Sun TV demonstrations by Balaji Sampath (Ariviyal Vilayattu) and has bought our Science Experiment Kits & Materials to demonstrate to her students. And now both the teachers and the children have learnt and carried out nearly 100 experiments. - Makkal Sevagan Mani, AID INDIA.
- 16.04.2009: Hi Friends, Happy to share this News: A Grand district level Science Quiz was conducted in Coimbatore district. Children and Teachers from schools participated and enjoyed the program. Teachers after viewing the experiments asked about inaugurating the Science Program in their schools.
Also today the Big Bang Theory Class was held for the Pondhur Village in Coimbatore district. Many Children and adults belonging to the CLC listened eagerly to the class that was held in a dark place. They enjoyed watching the pictures of the Big Bang and other Science stories. Thanks. - 07.03.2009: The Eureka Science Quiz Finals for Chennai was held today. AID-INDIA in association with TCS-MAITREE organized an inter-school science quiz competition for children from corporation schools of Chennai, to build interest in Science. A total of 450 students qualified for the next round and were asked to form three member teams comprising one student each form 6th, 7th and 8th standard. These 150 teams were invited to attend the elimination and finals at the Tidel Park Auditorium, Taramani, Chennai. More Details >>
- 05.03.2009: The Eureka Science Quiz Finals for Chennai is being held on Saturday 7th March 2009. We will have the second round in the morning, and the oral finals conducted by Dr.Balaji Sampath (of Sun TV Fame!). The event will be attended by over 300 students from Corporation Schools of Chennai. Everyone in Chennai are welcome to attend the event.
- 03.03.2009: Science & Math Labs Inauguration held today at the Corporation Middle School, Jones Road, Saidapet.Chennai Commissioner Rajesh Lakhoni, Deputy Commissioner, Mr. Balaji & Mr. Madhavan from Cognizant Foundation felicitated the program.

- 19.02.2009: Hi Friends, Happy News: Our Lunar Phanse Viewer Experiment has come in the POGO Channel's MAD Program today. I received an Email from the person who is anchoring the program. - 13.02.2009: Hi Friends, Happy News: Our Snake & Ladder Game has come in unawae website with our AIDINDIA name and also the only tamil game in that website. Now I am making movie about "what children think about the universe?" from differnt type of school children (urban, suburban, village, convent and corp. schools). - 03.01.2009: Dental Camp in Sriperumbudur - 89 Students with Dental Problems were attended by Meenakshi Medical College Doctors who also gave them brushes. Event organised by AID Full Timers and Gowri.
